📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Department Head in planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental activities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor departmental staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Handle departmental budgets and financial planning.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
