📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Director in managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.,Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to the HR Director.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and employee relations.,Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
