The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of managing financial teams and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Lead the financial team, including accountants and financial analysts, to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and local regulations.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency and effectiveness.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and senior management.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure compliance and optimal financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proven experience in managing financial teams and processes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and local regulations.
