📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Create and edit engaging content including images, videos, and graphics,Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms,Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports,Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus
