Prime Central Sejahtera is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cashiering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Monitor cash drawer levels and report any discrepancies.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve performance.,Assist in inventory management and reconciliation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong background in cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) occasionally.
