📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care as per the nursing plan of care.
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to patient care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and in-service education to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of patients and staff in the nursing unit.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment for all team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active nursing license in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
