📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the medical center.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Handle and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
