PT Cempaka Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Analyze and report on supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Implement and maintain supply chain policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to supply chain issues.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
