📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Optimize delivery routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Prepare and maintain reports on distribution activities, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective distribution of products.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
