As an HR Recruitment Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts. You'll work closely with our HR team to identify hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and support the onboarding process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program or have recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or BambooHR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia language skills are a plus.
