Salon Hana Kebab is looking for a Lead Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet. This role is crucial to the success of our logistics and delivery operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
