Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback from managers and staff.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with managers to integrate training into the overall performance management process.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to staff to ensure they can apply what they have learned.,Contribute to the development of our company culture and values through training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Passion for continuous learning and development.
