Salon Putri Bakery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing bakery operations, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in driving the success of our business and ensuring smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Manage and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other supplies.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing bakery operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
