📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety by supervising kitchen staff and implementing food safety protocols.,Provide excellent customer service by managing customer complaints, handling reservations, and addressing customer concerns.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promoting special events and seasonal menus.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and ensure a positive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant restaurant management tools.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
