📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Provide regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
