📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.,Conduct regular outlet audits to maintain quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a team.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
