📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or other documentation formats is a plus.
