📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the fleet of luxury vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for rental.
• Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and reservations using our in-house booking system.
• Monitor and optimize fleet utilization to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and packages.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, car rental operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleetio, Geotab, or similar.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
