🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English.
