📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative conference solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional conference experiences.
• Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technology, including virtual reality, interactive displays, and real-time data analytics.
• Manage and coordinate the logistics of conference execution, ensuring seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Measure and report on the success of conference initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in conference planning, event management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading innovative conference projects.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Certification in Conference Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
