🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Workshop Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, CAD software, and quality management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
