📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill and injured patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs using advanced monitoring systems.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the medical team.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Critical Care Nursing (ICU).
- Certification as a Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Valid nursing license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
