📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle daily billing activities, including invoice generation, follow-ups, and collections.
• Manage customer accounts, tracking payment statuses and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Use accounting software like QuickBooks and SAP to maintain and update financial records.
• Generate reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, minimizing delays and errors.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing billing inquiries and concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
