📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and campaign execution
• Support operational tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and document organization
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Provide administrative support to the team, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus
