📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in production, quality assurance, or related roles in HVAC manufacturing.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP for production planning and control.
• Strong knowledge of QMS systems and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in HVAC manufacturing.
