📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular home visits to clients to ensure timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide educational sessions on financial literacy and responsible borrowing.
• Collect and manage payment information, including overdue accounts.
• Monitor and report on client behavior and financial performance.
• Resolve client issues and provide support as needed.
• Update client records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the collections team to recover overdue payments.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field-based roles, preferably in consumer finance or collections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and consumer finance practices.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
