📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Collaborate with the finance team in Shanghai to maintain financial accuracy and consistency across our global operations.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, including logistics and operations.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and tax roles, preferably in a logistics or international business environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) is a plus.
