• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and JDA to manage inventory, optimize routes, and coordinate fleet activities.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and streamline distribution processes.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics and distribution processes.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP and JDA.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
