📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of trucks, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Manage and coordinate a team of mechanics, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with fleet managers to plan and execute maintenance activities.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate supply.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in truck maintenance or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of mechanics.
• Knowledge of truck maintenance procedures, including diagnostics and repairs.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
